The project team for Oregon’s Transportation Safety Action Plan will hold a virtual meeting 10-11 a.m. March 19 to share results from a recent crash data analysis and discuss how the findings are shaping updates to the plan.

The meeting is open to the public, but will be geared toward professionals who plan, manage or influence transportation systems in Oregon.

What to expect at the meeting

The project team will present key findings from an analysis of Oregon crash data for all road users. They'll cover fatal and serious injury crash trends, and top contributing factors to crashes.

The project team will discuss how the crash data analysis is informing updates to the Transportation Safety Action Plan, including the proposed “emphasis areas” for safety investments. There will also be time for questions from attendees.
