Southbound left lane will close the nights of Dec. 12-14, and left lane in both directions will close the following weekend

PORTLAND – The southbound left of Interstate 5 under the Morrison Bridge will close for three nights this weekend for work on the bridge.
The lane will be closed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights for Multnomah County's Morrison Bridge Strengthening Project.
The left lanes of both directions of I-5 will close the following weekend nights – 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Dec. 19-21 – to continue work on the repair project.
If you plan to travel I-5 through Portland after 10 p.m. over the next two weekends, please watch out and slow down for road crews’ safety as well as your own.
