Some CCD registration functions are still offline
CCD systems continue to struggle with technical issues. We are still unable to process commercial vehicle registration applications for carriers who do not have an established Oregon Trucking Online (TOL) account and/or need to register their first truck under their motor carrier account. Until the system issues are resolved, there will be delays in processing these transactions.
Note: Oregon Trucking Online (TOL) is still fully functional for those with TOL accounts.
