Heads up – work starts up again soon on OR 126 near the Old McKenzie Highway

Road Work Alert

Linn County Line to Old McKenzie Highway Paving

Work starts in April

This section of the highway is a snow zone and the pavement on the roads and three bridges were in poor condition. Last year, we made repairs by removing and repaving the road and bridges' surfaces and applied new striping.

Now, starting early April, we're returning to install guardrail and finish working on the shoulders.

You can expect:

Crews working during the day and night, Monday through Friday.
Lane closures with flaggers helping direct traffic as needed.
Construction noise and delays.

We plan to wrap up this work by July. Please use caution when driving through the area.
