2025-2027 STIF Discretionary and STIF Intercommunity Discretionary Grant Award Announcement

We are pleased to announce the award of $22,160,000 in funds for the 2025-2027 Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund (STIF) Discretionary and Intercommunity Grant Solicitation. The awards will support critical needs for 46 projects submitted by agencies from across the state.

Thanks to the legislatively adopted Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund program, this funding will replace buses that have reached the end of their useful life, improve bus stops and transit hubs, support intercity bus service and pilot projects, and invest in many other valuable projects, all aimed at ensuring communities continue to receive the public transportation services that are essential for so many people to live full lives and meet their travel needs.
