SALEM — The Oregon Transportation Commission will hold its regular meeting on Thursday, March 13, at 9 a.m. The meeting will originate from the Gail Achterman Conference Room of the Transportation Building, 355 Capitol Street NE, Salem.
Items on the agenda include:

2025 Legislative Session Update: Receive an update on the ongoing legislative session, including the agency’s efforts toward a transportation funding package.

Bridge and Pavement Conditions and Strategies Update: Receive an informational update detailing the findings of the 2024 Annual Bridge Conditions report and 2024 Biannual Pavement Conditions Report.

Strategic Review Closeout Report: Receive an informational presentation related to the work the agency has completed in response to the Strategic Review conducted in spring 2024.

Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund Discretionary Grants: Approve the proposed fiscal year 2025-2027 STIF Discretionary and Intercommunity Discretionary Fund grant awards for public transportation in support of local transit and investing in Oregon’s statewide transit network.

2025 March Quarterly Statewide Transportation Improvement Program Adjustment : Approve a list of added, modified or canceled projects to the STIP.

Please note participation will be limited to one representative per organization. Commenters (and organizations) who are providing public comment to the OTC for the first time will be given priority for the limited available testimony spots.
