Friday, October 25th, 2024, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am

After the Oregon Association of Minority Entrepreneurs (OAME) networking meeting, Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) staff will be offering a free training on Open Ended Performance Plan (OEPP) in the Big Jim Conference room. OEPP applies to design-build projects and has multiple benefits for DBE’s:

  • Enhanced opportunities - DBE participation can be increased by providing a wider variety of work types.
  • Flexibility - Design-build teams will have more options to plan and execute DBE participation throughout the project.
  • Efficiency - Increased DBE participation limits the need for good faith effort reviews and other administrative actions.

ODOT staff will highlight the Region 2 and Region 3 ADA projects (over 1,800 curb ramps) utilizing OEPPs. Learn more about the project and how to get involved at this hour-long training.
