The Interstate Bridge Replacement (IBR) program is looking for qualified candidates who want to make a lasting impact on the Portland-Vancouver metro area.
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is hiring four positions that will join the historic effort to design and construct a replacement bridge across the Columbia River between Portland, Ore. and Vancouver, Wash. The IBR program is a mega infrastructure program led jointly by the states of Oregon and Washington to address regional safety and mobility challenges facing the Interstate 5 bridge corridor.
Successful candidates will be experienced and innovative professional engineers that will help develop solutions for seismic resiliency, safety improvements, congestion reduction, reliable transit, public and active transportation, and reliable movement of freight.
