Traffic Impacts

- Ongoing: Crews are performing utility work in West Lin on southbound OR 43 between Willson Street and Holly Street through January 2024.
River Impacts

The Willamette River remains accessible during Abernethy Bridge construction; the Sportcraft Boat Ramp is open.

'No wake' zones are in place until 2024 through the bridge construction area on the Willamette River.

River users will notice several large barges anchored in the river and are required to stay 200 feet away from them. River users are urged to use extreme caution, and all boats must travel between the green and red buoys.
Bike and Pedestrian Impacts

Ongoing: The pedestrian/bike path extending from McClean House in West Linn under the Abernethy Bridge to the Arch Bridge is temporarily closed for safety reasons, due to erosion issues.

Bike and pedestrian routes through construction zones are in place. People walking and riding a bike need to use caution when traveling through the project area. Follow signs and stay alert.
