STIF Allocation Estimate – December 2023
ODOT has completed an update to the Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund (STIF) allocation estimate. We will continue to update forecasts as we receive revised economic data. This update to the STIF forecast reflects the consolidation with the Special Transportation Fund designated by Senate Bill 1601. Revenues from cigarette taxes, ID card fees, and the non-highway gas tax are included with the payroll tax revenues.
This forecast includes the most recent payroll data with shares for 2022 and populations for 2020, and reflects expected revenues to be received. This forecast does not reflect 2021-23 reserve payments disbursed to STIF Qualified Entities (QE)’s in July 2023. A reconciliation of actual cash disbursed, estimated future disbursements and approved Formula Plan totals will be available in early 2024.
