OR 217 Auxiliary Lanes Project Reaches Halfway Mark

OR 217 Auxiliary Lane in development

Building the future auxiliary lanes on OR 217.

We are on track to finish the project by the end of 2025, as planned. A big thank you to travelers and the neighbors in the area for being patient.

In the last two years, we’ve completed 80% of the groundwork for the new auxiliary lanes along OR 217. A critical component of project is ensuring that existing ramps and the lanes are aligned. Construction crews reconfigured on- and off-ramps so that they seamlessly connect to the new auxiliary lanes.

Learn more about the project and read construction updates at www.hwy217.org.
