We have also published the Sub-Recipient Project Application – an optional form that may be used to collect project information from sub-recipients. Please note that starting this cycle, Qualified Entities may choose to upload approved Sub-Recipient Project Applications to the STIF Plan instead of manually entering information about each project. More information about this can be found on pages 12-14 of the application instructions.

STIF Plans for the 2023-25 biennium will be due on January 16, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. ODOT staff will conduct a thorough review of each STIF Plan once it’s been submitted, and will follow up with providers to collect missing or corrected information as necessary.
