Astoria DMV to close three days for remodeling
Public restroom will be updated to meet accessibility standards
The Astoria DMV office will be closed March 22-24 to upgrade the public restroom to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.
ODOT recently completed ADA assessments of its buildings and identified the Astoria DMV’s public restroom as a location needing an upgrade.
The office will close at 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 21, for the remodeling project and reopen at 9 a.m. Monday, March 27. The office, located at 705 W. Marine Drive since 1992, is
normally open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Any time you need to visit an Oregon DMV office in person, DMV suggests that you first visit OregonDMV.com to find office hours and locations, and to make sure you have
everything you need before your visit. You can also find customer wait times posted for most DMV offices, including Astoria.
You may be able to do your DMV business from home at OregonDMV.com. You can renew your vehicle registration, file a change of address or file notice of the sale of your
vehicle online without getting in line at an office.
