 The FY 2025 REAP Grant application deadline is approaching! Completed applications with all supporting documents are due to the OWRB no later than 5 p.m. on September 3, 2024 to be considered for grant ranking.
We want to ensure that you have everything you need to submit a successful application. Below are some key points to keep in mind:

One-Sitting Application: Remember, the application cannot be saved once started. Please ensure you have all the necessary information ready before you begin.

Document Preparation: All documents must be in PDF format. Word documents and Excel files are not accepted. Don’t forget the Verification Form—it needs to be signed and included with your submission.

Entity Representation: Make sure all documents represent the applying entity. For example, if the Rural Water District is applying, all documents must represent the Rural Water District.

Required Fields: Double-check that all required fields, marked with a red asterisk (*), are filled out before submission.

Confirmation Message: After submitting, look for a confirmation message on the screen and in your email. If you don’t receive one, please contact OWRB staff immediately.

- Trust Indenture or Organizational Documents
- Rate Ordinance

Engineer’s Report & Cost Estimate (signed under seal by the engineer)

Audit or Agreed Upon Procedures (must be less than two years old)

Verification Form (signed by the authorized signer and attorney)

Proof of Additional Funding (if applicable)

Purchase Agreement (if purchasing water from another entity)
