As part of the CWSRF's strategic planning efforts, OWRB creates an annual Intended Use Plan (IUP) which outlines Oklahoma's program, strategy, processes, and procedures for the upcoming state fiscal year cycle.  A draft publication is made available for public viewing, presented and discussed at an annual public meeting, and open for public comments prior to final approval. The SFY2025 draft IUP is now available to begin this process.
