Incident # 25-0043744

Date & Time: 06/15/2024 at 12:09 a.m.

Location: 3000 Block of SW 139^th St.

Victim: Gamble Jr., Larry James (B/M – 06/01/1963)

Narrative: In the early morning hours of Sunday June 15^th, police were called to a domestic disturbance at a residence near SW 134^th St. and S. May Ave. Officers arrived and found the victim, Larry Gamble Jr. shot to death. Investigators learned Gamble Jr. was involved in an altercation at the time he was shot.

The shooter and all other involved people were interviewed and released. The case will be presented to the Cleveland County DA’s office for review.

The investigation is in the early stages. Anyone with information is asked to call the Homicide Tip Line 405/297-1200.
