QELAP APPLICATION OPENS
The applications for the Quality Educator Loan Assistance Program (QELAP) will open on February 17th. You can find more information here. Applications will be due on April 15th.
Encourage new teachers to apply! As long as they are a full-time employee at an impacted school they could be eligible.
Eligibility Requirements:
1. Must be a quality educator.
2. Must be newly hired (within the last three years).
3. Must teach at an impacted school.
4. Has an educational loan with a current balance in excess of $1,000 that is not in default.
