The data load issue in BLUEcloud Analytics (BCA) has been resolved. Data from June 30 thru July 2 should now be available. Subscriptions that were sent today are up-to-date and accurate, but unfortunately, it does not look like the vendor is going to be able to resend the subscriptions from the past two days. Staff should be able to manually access any reports via the software. Please open a helpdesk ticket if you have any questions.
