MSC Spring Member Meeting Scheduled for Friday, May 9 from 1-4 pm
Save the Date! The MSC Spring Member Meeting will be on Friday, May 9 from 1-4 pm. The meeting will be held online via Zoom. Meeting materials and the Zoom link will be posted to the ASPeN event page as they become available.
MSC at MLA
MSC staff will be at MLA in Bozeman this week. If you are attending MLA, please look for us in our two sessions or at the MSL booth in the vendor area. If you are not attending MLA, please do not hesitate to submit tickets but understand our response time may be delayed.

MSC Updates – Friday, March 28 from 2:15-3:45
Connect with other MSC librarians as we delve into existing procedures, gather insights about member needs, and share challenges or triumphs. Join the MSC team for updates about consortium operations, the budget, and the MSC Spring Member Meeting agenda, followed by small group discussions.
New Cataloging KBs
We recently added two new cataloging KBs to help address questions around some specific MARC tags and subfields.
Whitelist ServiceNow
To ensure you don't miss any responses to tickets in ServiceNow, be sure to whitelist ServiceNow to prevent those emails from going to your spam or junk folders. You can whitelist the email mslservicedesk@service.mt.gov or the domain @service.mt.gov so that responses to your help desk tickets land directly in your inbox.
MSC Office Hours - Tuesday, April 1st
Join us Tuesday, 4/1 at either 10 am or 2 pm for MSC Office Hours. We will be available the whole hour to troubleshoot specific issues, help brainstorm how to get a new project started, or answer any questions you may have! Drop in for a few minutes or stay for the whole time.

Did You Know?
You can search for patrons with LOST items by the lost item barcode number. Open Modify User, click the User Search icon, change the search to 'Lost Item Note' and enter the item barcode number. The note is found on the Extended Info tab of the patron record. |
