Reminder: Quarterly Webinar: Managing Holds - Feb. 27 at 11 am
Whether you’re filling holds for patrons at your library, for a branch, or transiting items within a broader sharing group, you’re providing a valuable service for Montanans. Come learn how to streamline your hold processes in the MSC!
This webinar will cover:
- How holds work in the Symphony ILS
- Managing holds – from placing and filling them, to modifying or removing them entirely, to regularly cleaning your library’s holds shelf

Extended Deadline: Monthly Patron Removal Survey by Feb. 28th
We've extended the deadline for the patron removal survey. If you haven't had a chance to fill it out yet, please do so by Friday, February 28th: https://forms.office.com/g/V9iv05bKAN
Please note: part of the federal reporting requirements for public libraries specify patrons must be purged regularly; if we do not receive a response from your library, we will use our default selection and patrons with 10 years of inactivity will be removed.
Reminder: Phone Number Cleanup Survey by March 19th

MSC Office Hours - Tuesday, March 4th
Join us Tuesday, 3/4 at either 10 am or 2 pm for MSC Office Hours. We will be available the whole hour to troubleshoot specific issues, help brainstorm how to get a new a project started, or answer any questions you may have! Drop in for a few minutes or stay for the whole time.
