End of Zoho Ticket System Access
The Zoho ticket system is only going to be available for the next 2 weeks.
In preparation for that deadline, MSC staff will be moving any new tickets that you open in Zoho to the new system. We will also be starting to move existing unresolved tickets to the new system to ensure continuity of support.
We recommend saving information from past tickets you refer back to as we will not be able to access Zoho after June 30.
System Maintenance on June 21 at 9:00 pm
SirsiDynix will be performing system maintenance that will affect Enterprise, BCMobile, and BLUEcloud Analytics(BCA) on June 21st at 9:00 pm for approximately 2 hours.
Enterprise will remain available, but some 'My Account' functions and hold placing functionality will be unavailable until the maintenance is completed. MSC Admins will post a notice on Enterprise informing patrons about this maintenance.
MSC Office Hours - Friday, June 21st
Join us Friday, 6/21 at either 10 am or 2 pm for MSC Office Hours. We will be available the whole hour to troubleshoot specific issues, help brainstorm how to get a new a project started, or answer any questions you may have! Drop in for a few minutes or stay for the whole time.

Patron Removal Survey
If you filled out the patron removal survey back in April then MSC staff have completed removing your library patrons based upon your selections. If you have any questions or missed the survey and would like to clean-up your inactive patrons, please open a help desk ticket.
