Updates from the Montana Shared Catalog
The MSC is transitioning to a new Help Desk called ServiceNow. Users will need to have an Okta login to access the ticket system, but not for the Knowledge Base. For more information or to open a ticket, please visit: https://msl.mt.gov/libraries/library_services_support
Announcements
New Ticket System
We continue to work on moving our help desk system and knowledge base articles to the State supported platform, ServiceNow. Since April 24 we have had 16 tickets opened in the new system. To open tickets using the new system, please visit https://msl.mt.gov/libraries/library_services_support where you will find more information and direct links.
We have moved all MSC knowledge base articles to the new system, but are still updating the links in many articles. We plan to have the links in all MSC knowledge base articles updated by the end of May.
MSC Staff will continue to support the current help desk system and knowledge base articles until the migration is complete.
MSC Office Hours Today May 7 at 10 am & 2 pm
Join us today Tuesday, 5/7 at either 10 am or 2 pm for MSC Office Hours. We will be available the whole hour to troubleshoot specific issues, help brainstorm how to get a new a project started, or answer any questions you may have! Drop in for a few minutes or stay for the whole time.
