Follow the instructions below for accessing the 2026 Open Enrollment Benefit Summary.
The Benefit Summary on the home page shows your CURRENT 2025 benefit elections, not your 2026 benefit elections.

Go to benefits.mt.gov/open-enrollment

Click the "View Your 2026 Benefit Summary" button

Sign into enrollment system

Click your name on the top right of the screen

Click "Open Enrollment Benefit Summary"
If you are on the State of Montana network and do not automatically enter the enrollment system, try using the alternative link directly below the "View Your 2026 Benefit Summary" button.
Requests for corrections to your 2026 State Plan elections must be made in writing to BenefitsQuestions@mt.gov by December 19, 2025.
Enrollment System Login Reminders

If accessing on the State of Montana network, you will automatically enter the system and not be required to register.

Department of Justice employees will need to login using their C# and computer password.

Department of Military Affairs employees will need to access the enrollment system off the state network, meaning they will need to create their own User Name and Password.

Legislative Services employees will need to contact their IT department if they are having trouble accessing the enrollment system.

If accessing off of the State of Montana network, login using the prompts provided. First time users: Register your User Name and Password and answer a few security questions. The case-sensitive company key is "stateofmontana".
