Diabetes Program Funding Opportunities

Dear Recipients,
As part of a grant funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services is Diabetes Program funding opportunities to work on projects related to accessing and addressing social related health needs, and early screening and detection for CKD and diabetes related retinopathy.
