27th Annual Diabetes Professional Conference

Online registration is now open for the 27th Annual Montana Diabetes Professional Conference which will be held in person October 10^th – 11^th, 2024 at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort in Fairmont, Montana.  An online option will also be available for attendees to participate virtually during the conference. This exciting and informative conference provides annual state-of-the-art training for healthcare professionals in diabetes prevention, education, and clinical care. The sessions are lecture-based with question and answer periods and offers networking opportunities throughout.  The 2024 conference will feature presentations focused on: the diabetes standards, new medications and uses, cultural awareness, navigating prediabetes and diabetes, CKD, nutrition, mental health, screening for type 1 and prediabetes and diabetes management and the value of these services, and resources.

The content of this conference is targeted toward nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, social workers, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and physicians (including family physicians, internists and endocrinologists). Continuing education credits will be available.

Lodging – Participants are eligible for the special group rate listed below.  Rooms at this rate will be held until the cut-off date on Thursday, September 19^th, 2024.  To reserve a room, please call 406-797-3241.  Please refer to the Montana Diabetes Professional Conference – Group Number 29418 to receive the discounted rate.

Room rates start at $159/night (tax and resort fee not included)

**The resort fee is $17.00 per night in a standard room.  This fee includes access to the pools (7:00am – 10:00pm), water slide, fitness room, and Wi-Fi for all registered guests.

Call for Exhibitors - The Call for Exhibitors is OPEN! The Conference Committee invites organizations to submit a request to sponsor or exhibit at this year’s Annual Montana Diabetes Professional Conference.  We anticipate approximately 100-150 nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, social workers, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and physicians to attend!
