About the Speaker:
Dr William 'Bill' Picconatto, RPT, Ph.D., ATC, recently retired from more than 25 years instructing at the college and university level. Most recently, he served as the Kinesiology Chair and Athletic Training Program Director at Saint Cloud State University in Minnesota. He has also worked as an Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist. Bill has presented numerous times on Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Training at national conferences and has had nine different articles published in those same fields. With extensive knowledge and experience in the athletic world, his talk sheds a unique, often overlooked, light on asthma.
