PUBLIC INFORMATION NOTICE

ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA,

Roadway intersection work is scheduled to begin June 20, 2018

A new signalized intersection is being constructed at CSAH 22 (West Circle Drive) and 3rd Street NW.  The project includes pedestrian ramp replacement, new sidewalk, new bike trail, and installation of a signal system. 

CSAH 22 (West Circle Drive) will be reduced to one lane of traffic in the Northbound and Southbound direction and 3rd Street NW will be reduced to right-in / right-out access only. Speeds will also be reduced to 35 MPH for project safety.

The project has a completion date of August 31, 2018.

Premier Electrical, Inc. is the contractor for the $365,000 project.

Motorists are reminded to always drive with caution, slowdown in work zones, and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cone
