Important Information Regarding Body Art Establishment License Renewals
The Body Art program is emailing body art establishment renewal applications, originally scheduled to renew on September 30, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 peacetime emergency, we extended the license renewal date to January 31, 2021.
Please check your email for your license renewal application and instructions on how to submit your renewal. Please note if you changed your email address, you may not receive your renewal notice. If you do not receive your application within the next 24 hours, or if you have other questions, please email us at health.ba@state.mn.us for assistance.
You can update or cancel your subscription at any time by editing your personal profile. You will need your email address and your password (if you have selected one).
