Register for the 2024 Third Party Reimbursement IEP and IFSP Services Fall Training

The 2024 Third Party Reimbursement Individualized Education Program (IEP) and Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) fall training will provide districts with the information they need to access Medicaid funds to support Minnesota schools in building capacity to provide health- and behavioral health-related services and to ensure all students benefit from their education. Specialists from the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) and Department of Human Services (DHS) will conduct the training.

Objectives of the Training

  • Provide updates on recent and upcoming changes to third-party reimbursement for IEP and IFSP services for the current school year.
  • Offer detailed information on the transition from Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to Community First Services and Supports (CFSS).
  • Deliver guidance on effectively navigating the SharePoint site.
  • Introduce additional tools and strategies to help districts optimize Medicaid reimbursement.

Select the date of the training you wish to attend as shown in the following table. Each training is conducted from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The sessions are sorted by location. The full agenda will be provided to attendees closer to the training start date.
