DHS seeks community stakeholders to provide input on Medicaid service design and rate setting for Children’s Residential Crisis Services and a Clubhouse community-based model in Minnesota

The Department of Human Services (DHS) seeks stakeholders and community partners to design Medical Assistance (Medicaid) benefits for Children’s Residential Crisis Services and a Clubhouse community-based model in Minnesota. To meet the goals of this legislatively mandated research and design study, Public Consulting Group (PCG) is leading three workgroups for each of the programs.

PCG strives to share the following during at least three key touchpoints with stakeholders:

1.     Initial Outreach and Listening Session: Share the project overview, facilitate a listening session for service and payment pain points and review capabilities of providers to complete data collection processes

2.     Training of Data Collection Tool(s): Train providers on the data collection tool(s) and adjust the tools based on feedback

3.     Initial Findings and Analysis: Review preliminary findings and analysis

Stakeholders will be provided with an opportunity to submit cost information and feedback via a survey tool to PCG. PCG will also provide training and technical assistance throughout the project. These sessions are scheduled to begin at the end of March 2025.

To enroll in these sessions with PCG, please email mnbhaproject@pcgus.com and indicate which benefit you are interested in (Clubhouse community-based model or Children’s Residential Crisis Services). Interested stakeholders should respond by Monday, March 24, 2025.

For further questions about the overall project, please contact mnbhaproject@pcgus.com.
