DHS requests proposals for problem gambling treatment services


The Minnesota Department of Human Services is requesting proposals to provide non-residential fee-for-service problem gambling treatment services. An eligible provider must meet all the requirements as outlined in the Problem Gambling Service Provider Application and the Minnesota Gambling Treatment Provider Handbook (appendix B). The department intends to award contracts to all qualified providers.

The department is seeking proposals for the grant period of July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2027.

Proposals submitted in response to this request for proposals must be received at the email address listed in the request no later than 4 p.m., Central Time, on Jan. 14, 2022. Late proposals will not be considered. Proposals received via other methods will not be considered.
