The Behavioral Health Division would like to bring to your attention that an updated version of The Residential 5-Digit, Value 24 Rate Code file has been posted.
The Rate Grid and 5-Digit Value 24 Codes have a link for quick reference within the MHCP Provider Manual SUD Section. When these forms are updated, the link in the Provider Manual will be the current version.
We want to be sure that you have the latest version to reference for billing. Thank you from the BHD staff.
