Fast-Tracker for Substance Use Disorder Update

Progress:

It was only a year ago that Minnesota’s first searchable online tool for statewide Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services, Fast-Tracker www.Fast-TrackerMN.org , went live.Today there are 355 of a possible 480 licensed 245G, Rule 32, Tribal and border state programs voluntarily registered on Fast-Tracker!  Individuals seeking help, family members, detox programs, assessors, care coordinators, physicians, and others, can find and quickly access statewide SUD service openings via this site. Feedback from Tribes, counties, providers and other stakeholders is that they are using the site and are finding it very useful.

If your licensed program is not listed on Fast-Tracker, register TODAY!  It’s free and takes 10 minutes. Just call Linda at 651-426-6347.

What’s NEW!

  • Programs only need to check a box “yes or no” on their profile page to show openings at your site
  • Sites are listed in order of the most recently updated program openings and service information
  • The “search for services” drop-down box now lists treatment availability search options first
  • Sites that are not updating their treatment openings, or have incomplete registration information receive an automatic email reminder or a call from Fast-Tracker staff to offer assistance
  • Watch for an upcoming survey re: Fast-Tracker for SUD

Reliability:

  • Select “non-residential w/lodging” to describe your program and treatment openings if your program doesn’t have a residential license to provide supervised room and board at the licensed program site.
  • Select only the services you are licensed to provide (i.e. don’t select OTP if you are not a methadone clinic or “detox” if you are not a licensed (Rule 32) detox program.
  • Complete ALL sections and questions on your registration page.
