The following is an update on current and upcoming construction projects within the Village of Milford as of August 26, 2022. Projected dates and timelines are all weather permitting.

E. Huron St. Project

Restoration is ongoing.  Pavement markings and signage will follow in the upcoming weeks.

2022 Road Paving Project

Asphalt milling and paving of Milford Bluffs has been completed this week. Cleanup and punch list to follow for both the Milford Heights and Milford Bluffs neighborhoods.

2022 Commerce Rd. Project

Gas main relocation by DTE is underway. Tree and brush removal has been completed as well as temporary dewatering. Headwall construction has begun and will continue next week. Flyers have been distributed to all residents and merchants in the vicinity. Additional flyers will provide more detailed information for residents and merchants directly impacted by the work.

W. Commerce Road will be closed to vehicular and pedestrian thru traffic for the duration of the project.
