NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the regular meeting of the Village of Holly Planning Commission, scheduled on February 24, 2021 at 7:00 pm, will be held electronically as authorized under PA 228 of 2020. Members of the public body and members of the public may participate electronically as described below.

It's that time of year again, please be aware of our updated snow ordinance...
VILLAGE OF HOLLY SNOW 2020 ORDINANCE
NO. 461
THE VILLAGE OF HOLLY HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of Section 72.01(A)(B) of Chapter 72 of the Village of Holly Code of Ordinances. The Village Council hereby amends Section 72.01(A)(B) of Chapter 72 of the Code of Ordinances to read as follows:
(A) Pursuant to Uniform Traffic Code, Public Act 62 of 1956, it is hereby declared to be improper for any vehicles to be parked on the streets of the Village between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. from December 1st through March 30th of each year.
(B) During the period from December 1st through March 30th of each year, vehicles may be parked in the area between the sidewalk and the street between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., but such parking is prohibited at all other times.

Please make sure after a snowfall you are removing snow from your sidewalks at least 24 hours after, as we now have children traveling back and forth from school, and the safety of the overall community.
