CEPI system maintenance is scheduled for 5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19 through mid-morning Friday, Sept. 20. Systems will come back online throughout the morning as applicable.
The MSDS is offline for system maintenance through the afternoon of Monday, Sept. 23. Once the MSDS is back online, the IHE Request for UIC and STARR collections will be available.
CEPI will perform data quality checks on all data submitted in the Michigan Community College Data Inventory Collection by Monday, Oct. 14 and will email feedback by Monday, Oct. 21. To be included in the snapshot, all modules must be submitted. Data quality criteria can be found under the MCCDI Data Quality Business Rules on the CEPI website.
All modules must be certified by collection close at 11:59 p.m. EDT on Friday, Nov. 1.
Community colleges are required by state law to submit their financial statements to CEPI by Friday, Nov. 15. Please email your submissions to CEPI@Michigan.gov (no paper copies) and include in the email subject line: “Financial Statement for [School Name]”. Colleges must also publish the financial statement on their websites.
CEPI will provide this information to members of the Senate and House Appropriations subcommittees on community colleges, the Senate and House fiscal agencies, the auditor general, the workforce development agency, and the state budget director.
