Subject: 317 Adult Vaccine

With the end of our funding cycle approaching, we are reaching out to let providers know that we have a limited amount of 317 funds remaining. We are asking sites who are currently enrolled to receive 317 adult vaccine to place additional orders now. These vaccines are available on a first come, first serve basis. Our next funding cycle will begin on October 1.
As a reminder, this vaccine is only available for administration to patients who are:
- 19 years of age or older, and
- Uninsured, or
- Underinsured
