On the seventh stop of her “Branching Out” tour of Comptroller Branch Offices, Comptroller Brooke Lierman will tour the Towson Branch Office Wednesday, April 26. While in Baltimore County, Comptroller Lierman will meet business and elected leaders and community stakeholders to gain insight into their visionary ideas and enterprises and update them on her legislative victories.
She will begin at the Pikesville Armory, starting at the NCO Club – the oldest building on site – still used by many veteran groups. The Pikesville Armory Foundation and its partners Seawall and Onyx Development are transforming the site to enrich the greater Baltimore County-Baltimore City region’s civic life and invigorate the Reisterstown Road commercial corridor. Armory Place will be a multi-use recreation, arts, and community programming venue. David Ginsburg is the foundation’s executive director.
The Comptroller will then tour the site, which is on the National Register of Historic Places, and the main armory. She will be joined by State Sen. Ben Brooks Sr., District 10, Baltimore County; Del. Aletheia McCaskill, District 44B, Baltimore County; Del. Dalya Attar, District 41, Baltimore City; and Baltimore County Councilman Israel "Izzy" Patoka, and other business and community leaders.

At the Comptroller’s Towson Office, Comptroller Lierman will talk with staff and taxpayers seeking assistance with their tax filings. Douglas Foreman is the acting branch manager.
