State’s Attorney Building Groundbreaking Ceremony

Westminster, MD, Monday, July 28, 2025 – The Carroll County Board of Commissioners (Board) cordially invites the public to attend the official groundbreaking of the new State’s Attorney building on Thursday, August 7^th, 1:00pm at the construction site on the corner of Ralph Street and Greenwood Avenue, Westminster.

The Board, along-side State’s Attorney, Haven Shoemaker and Public Works Director, Bryan Bokey, are scheduled to share a few remarks and then stand together with Dustin Construction and architects, Murphy and Dittenhafer for the ceremonial groundbreaking. The 43,000 square foot, three-story professional office building is anticipated to be complete in Spring of 2027.
