Motion To: accept the FY25 Maryland Criminal Intelligence Network (MCIN) grant award and provide additional funding of $41,630 to support MCIN staff salaries.

Municipalities Request to Amend the Carroll County FY2025 Program Open Space Annual Program

Motion To: approve to amend the FY2025 POS Annual Program for the Town of Hampstead, to allocate their funding amount of $54,537.25 towards Melvin Miller Memorial Park’s new pavilion and concrete pads for picnic tables and for the Town of Sykesville, to combine this year’s allocation of $54,537.25, with remaining approved POS balances totaling $118,334.50, to create a new rehabilitation project at Millard Cooper Park, for a final total of $172,871.75.
