Severe Weather Update

Please be advised that we are expecting additional rounds of severe weather over the next few days.  There is the potential for thunderstorms, some possibility of tornados, high winds, hail, and rain through the week.  If Louisville receives that much rain over that period of time, there will be flash flooding and the drainage systems will be at capacity.  Periods of intense rainfall will make this worse.  MSD is currently inspecting and clearing hotspots.  If you experience issues with backups or drainage, please contact MSD at 502-540-6000.  They will have staff responding throughout the duration of the event(s).
