The D10 office congratulates Toney Frank on his retirement from UPS. During Toney's 40-plus years of service at UPS, he worked his way up from package handler to Director of Gateway Operations Support.

Councilman Mulvihill was instrumental in securing a “Distinguished Citizen” Mayoral Proclamation recognizing  Toney Frank and his years of service at UPS.

This proclamation was presented by our office on behalf of Mayor Craig Greenberg to Toney at his retirement celebration held Wednesday, January 25. His retirement is official on January 31. We wish Toney and his wife Sherri all the best, and Councilman Mulvihill has encouraged Toney to remain engaged in the community. Congratulations to Toney Frank!
