Hey loudmouths! Get ready for the BIGGEST Louder Than Life yet! Featuring Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nine Inch Nails, Slipknot, KISS, Shinedown, Rob Zombie, Bring Me The Horizon, Alice In Chains, Alice Cooper, Incubus, Evanescence, Tenacious D, Lamb of God, Yungblud, Nothing More, and over 80 more of your favorite bands.
A new addition to Louder Than Life is the Headbangers Hall. Stop by to check out special appearances by Jose “Metal Ambassador” Mangin of Sirius XM, treats and eats by Chef Chris Santos, and surprise celebrity bartenders! Get your hands on Whiskeys by Slipknot, Metallica, ZZ Top, Gwar and Beartooth, as well as Iron Maiden craft brews.
Attendees can grab a drink at the Kroger Big Bourbon Bar, Heavy Tiki Bar, Highland Wine Garden, Tito's Airstream or one of the many other areas spread out around the Highland Festival Grounds! Do some shopping as well and check out 2022 Louder Than Life merch here!

This Saturday, head out to LaGrange for a fun event that combines great food, music and all proceeds go to benefit the Veteran's Club! The Veteran's Club helps military veterans and their families, and serves over 6,000 people a year.
In addition to the food and music, other events include a Cornhole Tournament, kids activities and a “Best Beard” competition. Entry fees for the Cornhole Tournament and the Best Beard competition are $15 a person.
Food will be available to purchase from food trucks – Taylor BBQ and Just Piggin’ Out! As well as an ice cream truck – Just Chillin’ Out!

The annual Beechwood Park Festival returns this Saturday to the micro-park off Beechwood Avenue in the Highlands.
Enjoy live music from Squeeze-bot, local beer from Monnik Beer Co., entertainment by Squallis Puppeteers, a hot dog cart and more!
Additionally, there will be a ribbon-cutting to celebrate the park's newly completed steps, made possible by a Neighborhood Development grant from District 8 Metro Councilwoman Cassie Chambers Armstrong.

Nightlife meets thrilling racing! Drink a cocktail, listen to live music, and watch racing under the lights at Downs After Dark.
DJ Roberton kicks off the evening at 5:35 p.m. with salsa and current hits. Enjoy free salsa lessons from the Louisville Salsa Underground group from 6:45 to 7:05 p.m. and from 7:15 to 7:40 p.m.
Then starting at 8:30 p.m. check out A-corde, the region's premier salsa band! They will have the crowd on their feet with tunes ranging from traditional salsa music to current hits with a salsa flare.
Be sure to be on the lookout for Strolling Mariachi Performances by Mariachi Alegre as well as the Latin artists that will be showing their inspiring work throughout the evening! Artists include Clay Mata, Mercedes Harn and Andy Perez.

Returning for the second year, the Filipino Fiesta features music, dancing, food and more!
This year the fiesta will once again feature Philippine food vendors in Louisville serving the best Philippine cuisines, Philippine merchandise vendors as well as other exhibitors. The fiesta supports local artisans, food vendors, entrepreneurs and more, and it provides opportunities for guests to discover Philippine history, heritage and traditions.
With celebrity guests coming to grace the fiesta like Prince of Acoustic OPM - Jireh Lim, Tawag ng Tanghalan Grand Finalist - Eumee Capile and performances by KWEENZ dance group! There will be a variety of entertainers and Philippine cultural folk dances by Kultura Filipino dance group.
There will also be Filipino BBQ and Halo-Halo, the popular Filipino shaved ice dessert!

For the 12th year, NuLu is hosting it's well-known street festival celebrating the continued growth and revitalization of Louisville’s East Market District. Come enjoy live music by sonaBLAST! Records, regional micro-brewed beers and numerous food and retail booths by local vendors.
The East Market District, also referred to as NULU, is now best known for its art galleries, unique specialty stores, antique shops and a growing number of upscale restaurants.

Back by popular demand, Bluegrass group, Bourbon Revival will be taking the Sunday Sunset Music Series stage!
Bourbon Revival is considered Kentucky’s #1 rocking bluegrass band! They perform a mashup of traditional bluegrass music with a mix of country, pop and rock. You will hear songs from many well-known artists from the 70’s to the present, including Bob Seger, Fleetwood Mac, Cheap Trick, Rolling Stones, Keith Urban, Mumford & Sons and Walk the Moon.
Bring your blankets and chairs and enjoy the music on the shaded lawn. The 1792 barn serves as the stage backdrop and offers a spectacular sunset view. Explore the Blackacre Conservancy grounds and enjoy feeding the farm animals along the fence line. Food and merchandise available for purchase.

This free concert series takes place on the Big Four Lawn in Louisville’s Waterfront Park. The Big Four Lawn is located next to the Big Four Pedestrian and Bicycle Bridge. The gates open at 5 p.m., with music beginning promptly at 6 p.m. Performances for August 31st include Houseplant (6 p.m.), Hot Brown Smackdown (7:30 p.m.) and Yonder Mountain String Band (9 p.m.).
Bring your own lawn chairs or blanket. Outside alcohol is prohibited. No coolers, no glass, or pets.
