MAYOR'S VIRTUAL SPRING HIKE BIKE AND PADDLE  - IS A GREAT WAY TO STAY ENGAGED WHILE CONTINUING TO STAY HEALTHY & SAFE! 

Looking for a new way to continue exercising while staying safe and healthy? We've got you covered! A first-of-its-kind, the Mayor's Virtual Spring Hike, Bike and Paddle is a unique way to keep our participants, volunteers, staff, partners and community safe while helping prevent the spread of COVID-19. This virtual version of the Mayor's bi-annual event runs from now through June 20th.SIGN-UP TODAY!

Once signed up, participants will be eligible for a free t-shirt and/or two FREE bottles of Powerade Ultra while supplies last.

Our main goal is to encourage our community to stay healthy by being active and exercising while most importantly, having fun!

Event activities can take place at your home, in your neighborhood or at a park near you. now through Saturday, June 20th.

Hiking, biking and paddling along with other activities including zumba, yoga, tae chi, etc. are encouraged. Recommened distances include a 3+mile hike, 10-15+mile bike ride or paddling on a nearby area waterway.

NOTE: If participants plan on using area streets and sidewalks please keep in mind to follow all traffic rules and regulations to help keep you safe.

LIFT UP LOU CONTINUES TO BOOST COMMUNITY SPIRITS

Mayor Fischer's Lift Up Lou initiative has been one of the best ways to connect our city with activities and resources during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lift Up Lou is also a great way for viewers to engage with family and friends. Their platform offers a variety of creative areas from health and fitness to education and the arts & entertainment district also including the heightening of mindfulness.
