Verify Summer Attendance and Voucher Roster Accuracy
Do you have children who are not attending this summer or who no longer attend your program, but still have vouchers assigned to your site? If these changes are not reported before the next payment cycle, it could result in improper payments to your program.
To keep your records accurate, please use the Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning (OECOSL)'s Roster Clean-Up Form to request updates to your child care voucher roster.
You can submit updates for up to 10 children on a single form. All submissions are sent directly to your eligibility office for faster processing. It is your responsibility to review your roster weekly.
Use the Roster Clean-Up Form in order to:
- Remove children who never started or have disenrolled from your program
- Request recoupment of funds for improper payments
- Report a gap in care for temporarily absent children (e.g., summer break)
- Update start dates for newly enrolled children
- Correct attendance records for children marked absent in error
