Good day.

Thank you to everyone who attended the 2024 State Contracts Seminar: To Infinity & Beyond… Beyond the Basics on July 24^th. The PowerPoint presentation has been posted on IDOA’s website under “Training Materials.” https://www.in.gov/idoa/procurement/contract-administration/contract-forms-manuals-and-templates/

SCM templates have recently been updated by replacing “Indiana State Auditor” with “Indiana State Comptroller” and adding an easy-to-use chart for the IVOSB and M-WBE subcontractor commitments. You will also note that the Boilerplate Affirmation clause no longer refers to the Professional Services Contract Manual.

Please continue to use the current version of each template in SCM when creating contract documents to ensure you are including the most up-to-date contract, grant, and amendment terms and State signatories.
