Update to OAG approver contacts

Good morning!

We've just gotten word that Aaliya McGowan is no longer with the OAG.  If needed, please continue to insert Celeste Croft as the OAG first line approver using the instructions below.

Good afternoon!

 

If you’re ready to submit or have already submitted an SCM contract for approval and realize that the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is missing from the workflow, you can ask for them to be inserted (after verifying that you’ve used the correct SCM contract template).  Ask your Agency Fiscal Approver (or another oversight approver) to add these two OAG first line approvers: Aaliya McGowan (A415251) and Celeste Croft (C330845).

As a quick refresher, an oversight approver needs take the following steps before approving the contract:

  • click the plus (+) icon to the right of their name,
  • enter the User ID,
  • verify that Approver is selected and
  • click Insert.
