Did you know that you can find the current State contract templates posted on the IDOA Contract Administration web page?  https://www.in.gov/idoa/procurement/contract-administration/contract-forms-manuals-and-templates/

If you use PeopleSoft Financials to process contracts electronically, you'll find them in the SCM module.
