PeopleSoft Financials PUM 47 upgrade information - Clarification
Indiana Department of Administration sent this bulletin at 11/16/2023 04:01 PM ESTGood afternoon SCM Newsflash recipients,
A clarification of the PUM upgrade impact on SCM contracts is as follows:
SCM Contracts currently routed for signatures through DocuSign that are not fully Signed before tomorrow at 2pm, will have the DocuSign signature process cancelled by GMIS. This DocuSign signature routing process will need to be re-initiated by the SCM Contract Administrator on Monday, 11/20/2023 (after PUM completion).
SCM Contracts pending APPROVALS by the oversight agencies, (such as IDOA, SBA, OAG and IOT if applicable) will not be impacted by the PUM upgrade.
Thank you.
Good morning,
Just in case you haven't heard, GMIS will be applying the PeopleSoft Financials PUM 47 upgrade this coming weekend. We need to avoid having a contract routed for signature through the old environment and have it updated in the new environment. Agency Contract Administrators should work towards getting everything fully signed (by all external and internal signers) by Friday, November 17th by 2:00 PM. Any SCM contract still out for signatures after 2:00 PM will have the process cancelled by GMIS before the upgrade is applied. Those contracts can be routed again for signature after Financials comes back up on Monday, November 20th. If you need to find the status of an SCM Contract, you can find it using the Document Management page found in the Purchasing WorkCenter under the SCM tab under the Supplier Contracts section or through NavBar>Navigator>Supplier Contracts>Create Contracts and Documents>Document Management.
GMIS created the attached PUM47_SCM_DocuSign Updates document to explain some exciting updates that will impact SCM contracts.
If you notice that any of your agency SCM Contract Administrators isn't included in this listserv, please pass this information along.
Thank you.
