NOTICE: PeopleSoft Financials Upgrade This Weekend

Good morning,

Sharing this important GMIS notice of the PeopleSoft Financials and Supplier Portal shutdown for the PUM upgrade happening this weekend.  Please plan accordingly.

PeopleSoft Financials and PeopleSoft Supplier/Bidder Portal will be unavailable for a version upgrade from Friday, November 17 from 3:15 pm until Monday, November 20 at 6 am. All scheduled jobs will be run according to their schedule after the system is upgraded.

On Friday, November 17, do not run or schedule any jobs or processes that cannot be completed by 1:45 pm. If jobs are still running at 2 pm, they will likely be cancelled so that the upgrade can proceed.
